Do not clean it immediately after eating, but let the stone cool down first. That takes just as long as it took to warm it up. When the stone is back at room temperature, take a clean scouring brush or your BBQ brush and brush all dirt from the stone with a little warm water. If you want it to be completely pink again, you can clean it under the tap with a scrubbing brush. As short as possible, otherwise your salt will dissolve and the stone will last much less long.
